Policy for Returns and Refunds
At Niqaaab, we work hard to give our clients the best goods possible along with an amazing shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number and guidelines for returning your item to us.
Please make sure the return package is properly labeled with the RMA number on the exterior.
Return Mail Delivery:
The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake with your transaction.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods, thus we advise using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance.
2. Compensation
Procedure for Refunds:
We will email you to let you know the status of your refund as soon as we receive and review your return.
Within five to ten days, if your return is accepted, a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
Refunds in Part:
When an item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original state for reasons other than our fault, only partial reimbursements are issued (if applicable).

Products with software that can be downloaded
A few personal hygiene and wellness products
